As far as we know this is the first time that Black Coachers from diverse backgrounds have been invited to come together. Join us for the inaugural Black Voices in Coaching Research Conference.  In an industry characterised by its lack of diversity, where voices and perspectives from diverse communities are marginalised, the conference represents a beacon of change and will actively address and acknowledge this disparity and amplify the voices and contributions of Black Coachers in Coaching Research.
