This session will use the process of an ongoing PhD journey to explore the riches that global majority coaches have to offer to the coaching ecosystem.  Centering marginalised voices in coaching has the potential to revolutionize coaching as a social change process and practice but to realise this potential we need to navigate the dangers of ‘appropriation’ and the infinite malleability of ideological ‘whiteness’.
