Remi Ray will lead us through a thought-provoking journey, that dives into the overlooked narratives of Black Neurodiverse Professionals within the workplace. “Journeying Home;” provides a nuanced examination of the triumphs, challenges, and distinctive perspectives that shape the careers of individuals at the intersection of the Black and Neurodiverse communities.
This session aims to cultivate a deeper understanding of the intricate realities faced by these individuals. Through real-life stories and shared experiences, delegates will gain insights into the diverse neurodivergent experiences within the Black community, and a profound understanding of the hurdles faced by individuals at the intersection of these identities, prompting an open and meaningful dialogue on how organisations can better support and uplift their neurodiverse workforce, emphasising the strengths, skills, and untapped potential that neurodiverse individuals contribute to the workplace.
