It’s time to rewrite the narrative! We’re excited to host a groundbreaking panel discussion on Decolonizing Coaching: Recompassing Wisdom for a More Inclusive Future. For far too long, the coaching industry has been dominated by Western perspectives, overlooking the profound knowledge systems and practices held by Indigenous and ancestral communities around the world.
This narrow approach has excluded the voices and experiences of Black clients, failing to address the unique challenges they face. This panel promises to be a powerful conversation, exploring how we can integrate this rich ancestral wisdom into coaching practices to create a more equitable and transformative space for all.
