Dr Gifford Rhamie, Founder and Lead Executive Consultant at Rockstone Consultancy, holds a PhD in Diversity, Equity, Inclusion and Belonging (DEIB). Dr Rhamie is an award-winning university lecturer with over two decades experience of guiding students and supervising PhDs in leadership, migration studies, CRT, intersectionality and cultural studies. As such, he leverages his academic expertise and lived experience to bring leadership transformation at Board and C-suite levels. However, it is his extensive history of mentoring Black male youths and his proficiency in presentation performance and leadership coaching that especially energises him. This particular work will substantively inform his presentation at this conference.
