A pioneer in the use of technology to develop affordable, accessible coaching and human capital development solutions for Africa. Solutions that understand and take into account the mosaic of cultural dimensions and the reality of an emerging market context. Solutions built from African norm groups and generating valuable data for decision-making.

Following a decade of working in international development and finance globally, she returned to Zambia to pursue her purpose and desire to contribute to her country’s economy and the wider African development agenda. Over the last 12 years, she has coached over 1200 clients, across 50 organizations, 7 out of the 10 provinces of Zambia and 8 other African countries. She has over 20 years of experience supporting multinationals, international organizations and Governments. She is an accomplished professional with a wealth of African, international and multicultural experience in designing and leading large-scale change across multiple sectors.

In 2023 she was recognized as a Coaching legend by Thinkers50. In 2021 she received the coveted Thinkers50 Marshall Goldsmith Coaching & Mentoring Award.
